Will I benefit from coaching?

I'm successful and well respected, but sometimes I feel like a fraud. How will I benefit from working with a Coach?

I'm feeling a bit aimless and I want to set some goals for myself. How will I benefit from working with a Coach?

I want a good relationship with my kids. How will I benefit from working with a Coach? 

I'm in midlife and wanting to redefine my life. How will I benefit from working with a Coach?

Coaches are excellent sounding boards! Your Coach will involve you in exercises and conversations to identify your values, your decision making style and the fears that get in your way. Your inner wisdom and resources will be validated as your Coach reflects back to you what you've identified as important.  As your clarity increases your Coach will encourage your action steps. As you step into a life based on conscious decision-making, relfecting your values, you will enjoy the deep satisfaction of living a life of integrity.

I can't get over feeling bad about myself. How would I benefit from working with a Coach?

I'm tired of being afraid. How will I benefit from working with a Coach?

If you are afraid, angry, helpless or beating yourself up, working with a Coach can help you uncover the "stuff" –your automatic behaviors, faulty assumptions and self-defenses– that gets in your way of living your life to the fullest. Your Coach will support your once and for all break throughs of these walls. You will be empowered by your ability to distinguish what is and what you imagine. 

However, in coaching you will not spend time analyzing your past, poring over how you were parented or curing your disorder. Coaching is not psychotherapy. If you have a mental or emotional disorder, you may benefit from working with a psychotherapist. A Coach is not a therapist, doctor or healer.

If you desire more fun, joy, money, friends, free time, your Coach will support you in designing a structure to achieve what you desire so that circumstances will not overcome your commitment.

Your Coach will not save you, fix you or solve your problems for you. Rather, if you commit to uncovering how you get in your own way of success, your Coach will support you in taking action to transform your life.

 I'm feeling stuck, trapped. How will I benefit from working with a Coach

Coaching is said to be the business of breakthroughs. Becoming conscious of and breaking through whatever fear, old belief or self-defensive behavior is keeping you stuck is what your sessions with your Coach are all about. our Coach will ask you pointed questions to challenge and even confront you. You will leave these conversations with brilliant insights into what you want your life to look like and how to make it so.
